Google tasked us with reimagining the Google Store as a fully personalized, emotion-driven digital experience — one that would bring the Pixel 8 ecosystem to life from the moment a user landed on the page. Our “Call to Adventure” approach transformed the retail space into a world of possibilities, blending Google’s signature magic with cutting-edge storytelling. We integrated community content, designer-led narratives, GenAI assistance, and immersive product demos into a cohesive vision that went far beyond a traditional e-commerce site. The collaborative sprint became a new North Star, shaping Google Store’s strategy and roadmap for years to come.
The experience didn’t end at checkout. We designed a suite of post-purchase features that extended the journey into the everyday life of a new Pixel 8 owner — personalized order tracking powered by the Google Maps platform, loyalty programs tailored to each user, and curated experiences that made owning a Pixel 8 feel like joining something bigger.
